职位描述：
Summary:
？ Perform quality planning (APQP) for new programs
？ Communicate with internal and external customer of requirement of new programs

Responsibilities:
？ Perform quality planning for new programs.
？ Ensure customer special requirement be met in all phases of APQP.
？ Develop FMEA and control plan, visual inspection criteria, DV/PV plan etc…with team.
        Coordinate the PPAP process (including developing, reviewing and approving FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, etc… as appropriate) working with all parties involved (e.g., engineering, suppliers/manufacturing partners, operations…) to ensure customer and LT.
？ Be responsible for first article inspection result and drive improvement according to customer’s requirement.
？ Submit PPAP to customer on schedule and get PSW from customer.
？ Actively lead terms, which involve various functions towards problem solving and work excellence.

Requirement
？ 5 years + work experience as quality roles in manufacturing company, automotive industrial should be preferred.
        Excellent communication skills.
        Ability to work well in a Team environment.
？ Excellent written and oral English.
？ Bachelor degree or above.
