工作职责：
- 根据客户需求设计新产品
- 新产品的设计与开发
- 不断改进生产工艺
- 新产品引进的指导及管理控制，包括生产工艺的布局
- 故障分析并提供解决方案
- 为其他部门提供技术支持，如销售部、质量部等
- 配合生产，确保产品的质量
- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作

任职资格：

- 大学本科学历，工程背景；或机械/物理学科
- 熟练使用SOLID WORKS, AUTO CAD工具
- 英语口语流利，能与部门经理（德国人士）沟通顺畅
