职位描述：
1、根据平台规划，策划自媒体线上线下活动方案，制定活动目标；
2、准确把握公司的品牌定位，负责企业对外传播，推广活动中各类文案、新闻热点事件、企业新闻稿的撰写；
3、根据公司发展策略规划，执行公司整体品牌规划、定位、推广，持续提升品牌竞争力；熟悉微信、微博、app等特点及资源；
4、完善企业内宣，网站内容采编，建立、更新并完善品牌宣传资料；
5、监控和执行操作平台运营数据的跟踪、分析并完善方案；
6、负责企业自媒体平台相关活动的策划及执行，把握整体风格及发展方向；
7、负责公司微信公众号等新媒体平台的整体运营及管理，提升公司的影响力、活跃度、传播力，并跟踪效果；
8、能撰写创意说明（app），并且自身拥有一定的语言说服能力；
任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，营销、新闻、传播、中文等相关专业；
2、具有互联网金融类文案经验、营销文案策划经验，互联网相关活动策划和执行经验；
3、文字功底深厚，能驾驭多种风格，能够捕捉新闻热点、产品亮点；
4、有软文撰写工地，能够写出较强的营销广告和文章、标题；
5、独立思考、心思缜密、主观能动性强，善于与人沟通；工作积极主动，具有较强责任心和团队意识；
6、熟练APP者优先，4A经验优先；
