EXPERIENCE 经验 :
? At least 5 years’ proven experience as a Quality Supervisor in an industry company, prefer a Plastic Injection Molding company;
至少5年在工业公司，最好注塑厂当质量主管的工作经验。
? Experienced in managing a team of quality engineers and IPQC, IQC, OQC to meet product quality requirements.
拥有质量管理能力，管理质量工程师，IPQC, IQC, OQC 等工作。
? Process good problem-solving capabilities.
拥有良好解决内外部质量问题的能力。
? Good knowledge in Quality Management, Quality tools such as QC 7 tools, 5 why, 8D, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA etc. and familiar with TS 16949.
具有良好的质量管理知识，掌握诸如QC 7 tools, 5 why, 8D, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA 等质量工具, 熟悉TS16949。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:
1. General & Administrative 行政
a. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s commitment to cost, quality and delivery, and respect for individuals;
保持专业的形象和风度，反映公司对成本、质量和交付的承诺，以及对个人的尊重。
b. Supervise the quality staff and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, re-organize to meet production delivery.
带领生产人员以及安排工作，必要时重新组织以满足生产和交付需要。
c. Lead the management of all internal and external quality problems via the use of quality tools, and provide follow-ups until the problem is solved together with other related department such as Production, LOG, CS and Warehouse.
作为主导者，管理，跟踪内外部的质量问题，组织相关部门如生产部门，物流，客服，仓库利用质量工具共同解决问题。
d. Communicate effectively with Management, informing and updating regularly to guarantee quality objectives are met;
与管理层有效沟通，定期通知和更新，以确保质量目标得到满足；
e. Ensure that Company policies & procedures are followed;
遵守公司政策和程序。
f. Meet all assigned goals and assist others in accomplishing their goals.
完成所有分配的目标，并帮助其他人完成目标。
2. Quality 质量
a. In charge of the internal and external quality problems, including data/information collection, perform systematic problem solving, and documentation.
负责收集整理，有规划性的解决内外部的质量问题，并做好统计工作 。
b. Be responsible for the TS quality system maintenance and updates. Work together with quality engineer to ensure the internal system audit, process audit and product audit be implemented on time.
负责TS 质量体系的维护，更新，与质量工程一起确保体系审核，过程审核和产品审核按时得到良好的执行。
c. Train the quality staff and other related staff, keep good communication to ensure the quality requirement be well implemented.
培训质量部及其它相关人员，保持良好信息沟通，确保相关质量要求得到贯彻执行；
d. Lead the 2nd party audit preparation and follow up the corrective actions;
确保注塑工艺最优化状态，并确保技术员使用正确的工艺。
e. Prepare and Maintain the quality KPI.
维护KPI 并准备KPI 报告。
f. Responsible for overall 5S Housekeeping for the quality area including LAB, LCS and IPQC room;
负责整个质量相关区域的5S管理，包括测量室，IPQC 室，LCS区域等。
g. Maintain and improve the relationship with customers to avoid escalation of costs.
保持和改进与顾客的关系，以避免任何的事态升级成本。
h. Maintain work discipline for production personnel. Resolve work conflicts.
保持车间员工的工作纪律。解决工作上的纠纷。

j. Oversee/manage reporting staff scheduling and control overtime, per China laws;
监督/管理员工的工作安排，并按国家法规，控制加班。
k. Maintain a safe work environment and provide safety training to employees;
确保安全的工作环境，为属下提供安全培训。
3. Perform continuous improvement in the following areas 持续改进:
a. Treat all customer claims, internal audits and customer audits as a chance for continuous improvement, lead and monitor the related department CIP.
将每次的顾客投诉，内部审核，顾客审核等作为持续改进的机会，引领监督相关部门的持续改进;
b. Productive improvement in work methods / headcount.
改善工作/减少人头;
4. Financial Control 成本控制
a. Negotiate with 3rd party sorting company to reduce the quality cost at reasonable rates;
和第三方挑选公司保持沟通，争取以合理的价格和工作相率以降低质量成本。
b. Control over-time;
控制加班费。
