职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Develop PQA in production line and maintain process PQA sustainability monthly;
Drive quality improvement for zero defect target;
Work with R&D to control new product quality;
Dispose customer feedback and complaint;
Develop effective inspection plan of raw material, process control and final inspection;
Update and improve quality process control plan and resolve process quality problems effectively;
Continue lead and drive cost of quality down activities;
Maintain quality management system and improvement, Identify opportunities for in-house quality control improvement through internal production audit in weekly audit;
Internal and external ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audit;
Temporary tasks assigned by manager;
Comply with company’s EHS regulations, be sensitive to the potential EHS risks during the work and take actions timely;
Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).

Requirements: Education & Experience (please state MUST and PLUS requirements)
Bachelor and /or above;
Major in Mechanical or Material engineering is preferred.

Requirements: Required Skills
At least 5-7 year quality control and improvement experiences in manufacturing;
Familiar with quality improvement.
Familiar with Quality tools like MSA, SPC, FMEA and DOE etc
Certificate for the certified auditors of QEH&S management systems is preferred;
Experience in manufacturing of fiber communication components is an advantage.
