职位描述：
1) Answer and transfer phone call in professional way.
2) Greet visitors/vendors and direct them to proper personnel.
3) Handle mail and document.
4) Manage and distribute working uniform.
5) Contact with meal supplier and all departments for employee meal.
6) Working with attendance software and make monthly attendance report
7) Update employee contact list monthly
8) Any other Adm. task will be extended
9) Support and work together with EHS Supervisor to implement ISO14001 System

岗位要求：
1) College degree or above
2) At least one year relevant working experience
3) Able to conduct routine conversation in English
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills
5) Strong experience in MS Office and PC
6) Polite, pleasant , amiable and initiative
7) Experienced in HR function will be advantage
