职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Coordinate plant daily Lean routine work.
- Support all kinds of shop-floor improvement activities.
- Tracking CIS projects and Continuous Improvement System maintain.
- Conduct Lean tools training
- Support plant Lean Assessment.
- Adopt Lean methodology in daily work
3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Knowledge of quality standards (IATF16949).
- Knowledge of Lean concept and tools.
- Well used of excel and PPT, etc.
- Sense of continuous improvement.
- Good communication and influence skill
- Good English both in written and spoken
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 教育及经验要求
- Educational: Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering or mechanical
- Experience:
- Familiar with manufacturing or quality experience would be a plus;
- International company background would be a plus;
- 2~3 years in a similar role would be a plus。
