Citigroup's Continuity of Business (CoB) organization within Global Operations and Technology Risk and Control (OTRC) is seeking an experienced CoB professional.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of Citi’s Business Continuity progam for an assigned portfolio of countries/business lines . Working as part of the Global COB team, the successful candidate will work with in-country resource as appropriate to ensue that all business units have a well-documented resilient recovery program and country level crisis management plan that is fully tested aligned to Citi’s COB Policy and Standards. In managing these key control programs, the successful candidate will be expected to interact effectively with business senior management, regional and global program teams, internal audit, clients and support regulatory interaction.
 
Included in this role:
o Ensure business recovery requirements are addressed and included in the strategy and planning process, including business impact analysis and business recovery plans
o Oversight of business unit compliance with local/regional regulations in conjunction with regional Business Continuity Management teams
o Documentation on testing assumptions, objectives, and success criteria
o Provide direction and support to all local Business Recovery Coordinators
o Liaise with Technology to ensure technical requirements are included and available at recovery sites
o Coordinate data centre, application, and recovery site tests
o Responsible for business impact reporting of all production outages and disruption.
o Oversight of CoB training and business-level awareness programs
o Responsible for ensuring the country level Crisis Management Plan is complete, compliant and maintained according to standards
o Principal point of contact to provide status updates to the Regional and/or Global COB Team

? Qualifications:
Qualifications
o BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
o Experience with interpretation and application of policy and standards
o Experience with or understanding of 2 or more COB program element areas, including risk assessment, training and awareness, recovery planning, testing execution
o Ability to lead and influence effectively
o Ability to communicate effectively at senior management levels
o Demonstrable experience of building and sustaining productive business focused relationships
o Client focused, resourceful, enthusiastic and a proven ability to work well under pressure
o Demonstrate an aptitude to develop and implement risk management strategies and plans based on Citi standards
o Strong risk analysis and problem solving skills
o Strong communication and presentation skills
o Project management and time management skills
o Ability to work well with others at all levels
o Self-starter with attention to detail
o Ability to influence
o Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software products
