Position Purpose
JATO are looking for an Automotive Researcher to join Research Team in China based in Shanghai office. We are looking for a self-motivated and analytical individual who has a passion for cars with the willingness to grow within our global automotive company.

As an Automotive Researcher, you will be required to provide accurate and timely research on car specifications, prices and incentives research for cars and commercial vehicles. Strong self-motivation in conjunction with an analytical approach to data collection.

a candidate who has previous research experience within a client focused, specialist environment.
Main Responsibilities
？ To monitor the changes in automotive market, in particular, pricing, specifications, option and incentives changes for cars and light commercial vehicles
？ To collect the price lists and other documentation from different sources, such as company web sites and company contacts in automotive OEMs, dealerships..etc.
？ To research sales volumes information using the data from company sales volume providers and partners.
？ To input collected information into JATO's database using our proprietary software and following company procedures and guidelines
？ To elicit additional relevant information and ensure a steady flow of the highest quality data by using effective networking and influencing
？ skills
？ To achieve company standards for timeliness, completeness and accuracy and to deliver top quality information to demanding customers.
？ Support Head Office with Quality Assurance processes.
？ Support new and old short and long term projects, provide accuracy and timeliness of the data provided.
？ Maintain regular communication with local teams
？ Effective handling of issues through active communication with clients and understanding of
？ their needs and requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous data processing experience within a client focused area, ideally working in an automotive environment but not essential.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
？ Prefer knowledge of the China automotive area, gained through experience or significant training in product or marketing research at automotive makes, importers or leasing companies.
？ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
？ Knowledge of MS Office applications(E.g. Excel)
？ The ability to meet fast deadlines and high attention to detail
？ Minimum bachelor degree, CET- 6 certification
？ Accurate data input
？ Fresh graduates who has a passion for cars are also welcome

1. 英语CET-6， 英语口语流利
2. 本科及以上学历应届毕业生, 汽车或相关专业毕业为佳
3. 工作主动积极，认真负责
4. 计算机水平良好，熟悉office软件
5. 对汽车或汽车行业有浓厚兴趣
