Objective of Job:
? Supplier Delivery Risk Management and Capacity Management

Task Description:
? Train the suppliers on FCA supply chain systems and processes. Ensure the new supplier on board process completed. Fill in
the Supplier Readiness Checklist for new suppliers or new suppliers contact window person. Implement the Supplier Risk
Assessment for critical suppliers and follow up for the improvement actions.
? Ensure the components capacity data completeness in the CAPMAN system; validate the suppliers’ capacity data correctness
by crosschecking the PDR reports or going through the production process constraints together with SQE. Monitor the
suppliers to have actions to resolve the volume variance.
? Help JV plants to implement the capacity management in terms of processes mapping, systems or tools design etc.
? IRF and JV common parts capacity shortage risk mitigation
? C Cube data maintenance for capacity request and capacity allocation; Ensure the capacity request is in C3 and approved for
the import parts of JV plants. Reduce the import parts volume variance to the defined target.
? Capacity Validation in accordance with IRF PM's request for IRF sell.
? Supplier Delivery Risk Management and Capacity Risk Mitigation in case of Capacity Shortfall or production risk identified.
? Other project assignments from the management.

Qualifications
? Fluent English in both written and speaking.
? Good computer skills for data processing and analyzing.
? Team worker and willing to work under pressure
? Good communication skills
