职位描述：
1. Degree Holder in Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical (Power) or Building Services Engineering
暖通、电气或相关专业本科毕业
2. Must be familiar with and have experience applying the China GB codes, especially within the fields of HVAC and/or electrical power.

3. Minimum 5+ years post graduate experience in the field of Building Services (Electrical or Mechanical), preferably with commercial projects.

4. Relevant experience with commercial office fit-outs would be a distinct advantage.

5. Computer literate and comfortable working with MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) software.

6. Working knowledge of design software such as CAD, BIM, CFD, AMTECH, etc is a plus, but not mandatory.

8. Must be able to act professionally and maturely at all times, especially while under pressure. Due to tight construction schedules, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.

9. Ability to communicate clearly in written English is mandatory. Good verbal communication skills in English is a benefit, but not crucial.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述
1. The engineer would be expected to work autonomously a lot of the time, with limited supervision from managers. Candidates need to be highly self-motivated to produce good results and achieve quality workmanship in the interests of our clients.

2. The role is primarily based at the project site in Chengdu. However, occasional travel both within and outside of China will be required.
该岗位以成都项目现场为主，如有需求亦会安排境内外出差
3. Site work primarily involves inspecting installations, reporting and correcting deficiencies, and testing and commissioning equipment. The site engineer must act in the interest of the client at all times.
现场工作主要包括现场施工监督，汇报施工缺陷和及时更正，监督现场调试与测试工作，以始终维护客户的利益为基准
4. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, landlords, suppliers, etc.

5. Keep up-to-date on technical developments that affect the MEP industry in China, including changes in GB codes and other relevant design standards.
