职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1.Lead the development and release of Automotive LED Retrofit lamps (Headlighting and Signaling), focus is on internal factory, but could also be from suppliers.
2.Ensure project execution in accordance with the Business Creation Procedure, and should meet all previously agreed targets.
3.Write the milestone reports, and write/organize all related documentation on risk analysis, safety checks, ROHS and IEC compliance, etcetera. Make sure all documents are properly stored in databases.
4.Coordinate the activities, especially for cross-function teams (PE/Quality/Industrialization/Production Management, etc.) in internal factory, together with IPL according to project requirements.
5.Train and coach factory/supplier staff in order to increase their capabilities, and effectiveness.
6.Support supplier selection, led by the Procurement Group

Job Requirements & Skills：
Education: bachelar or above, electrical, electronics, lighting and automotive engineering will be preferred.
Experience: above 5 years’ working experience in eletronics, lighting or automotive industry
Competency and Skills:
Good project management skill, result orientated.
Strong communication skills and push for result
Interested in technology, creative, and willing to learn.
Structured and reliable. Knows and shows the facts.
Good problem solving skills, such as using DMAIC principles.
Good risk management skills
Adequate knowledge of English.
Aims at continuous improvement of ways of working.
Travel Frequency: >50% (if based in Shanghai) or 20% (if based in Jiaxing)
