岗位说明 Job Description
1.提供产品售前和售后技术支持
Providing the pre and post-sale technique supporting of our products.
2.跟踪并解决客户的技术问题
Follow up with clients on technical problems
3.理解产品软件的功能和运用,为客户提供技术培训和指导
Thorough understanding of our software，and train and guide our clients on technical operation
4.提供项目技术咨询和答疑以及指导工作
Providing technical supports on projects, FAQ and technical guide to our clients or colleagues
5.与各部门紧密合作， 如：技术，设计，销售和市场等部门
Work closely with all departments including Programming, Art, Sales, and Marketing


岗位要求 Job requirement
1.计算机专业本科或以上学历
Computer major of bachelor degree or above
2.1-3年技术支持，售前技术服务经验，有3D软件行业工作经验优先考虑
At least 1year work experience in technique supporting, service or pre-sale technique supporting , working in 3D software industry is plus
3.懂得C语言编程， 会3d操作软件者优先考虑
Understanding C++/C# programming, have the experience in using other 3D software is plus
4.性格活泼外向， 勤奋好学，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
Outgoing, willing to learn new things, and have good communication skill as well as a good team player
5.具备一定的英语表达沟通能力
Good oral and writing English ability
6.能接收经常出差
Can accept a moderately business trip
7.对虚拟仿真软件行业有相关的认识和了解；或对此行业有兴趣者优先考虑
Understanding the VR software industry or have great interest in this area.
