Campaign Planning and execution (30%)
? Integrate with band campaign calendar and EC-platforms promotion calendar to plan EC marketing campaign theme
? Ensure alignment of EC marketing calendar on yearly and monthly basis for each e-commerce platform with differentiation
? Ensure integration in brand campaign through varies touch points planning and execution
? Review performance of each brand campaign: KPI including revenue, engagement, etc. (O&O site)
? Support control of EC marketing mix and budget to deliver the business and brand results.
? Ensure daily operation of O&O site aligned with brand and collection with TP vendor and respective weekly, monthly and yearly sales and traffic reports. (Excluding Customer service, sales operation , etc.)
Content and creative (30%)
? Develop campaign visual and video with relevance of E-commerce customers and alignment with the ECCO brand
? Develop and plan specific content development like live broadcast, KOL cooperation, Super brand day, etc. in cooperation with E-commerce team and brand team to ensure alignment with brand, stakeholders and target audience requirements
? Elevate product visual look by understanding the ECCO brand and the styling and taste of the target audience
? Support EC platforms brand presentation by compelling brand storytelling
? Continuous provide optimize ideas on EC platforms branded content design
Targeted Marketing (25%)
? Develop and Plan ECCO SEO and SEM to drive high quality consumers to EC-platform (Own and operated site)
? Advice E-commerce team on brand campaign search keywords are included in the SEO and SEM plan for EC-platforms
? Understand consumer behaviour and insights partnering with data and E-commerce and CRM team
? Create customized experience and contents to drive engagement and conversion rate
? Optimize paid media ROI to drive high quality consumers
Key Stakeholder Management (15%)
? Work closely with E-commerce team and the internal marketing team to ensure alignment of brand campaign and utilizing all possible channel resources
? Work closely with JD and Tmall marketing team category team, and other channel team to ensure maximizing their resources effectively.
Knowledge / Experience
? Minimum of 2 year experience in the digital marketing, E-commerce or communication dept. with an international brand or digital agency background is preferred.
? Demonstrated experience with branding and E-commerce in China
Educational Background
? University Degree or above, preferably in a marketing or communications related discipline
PC/Language/Other Skills
? Excellent presentation and organizational skills
? Excellent English and Mandarin
? Working knowledge of Microsoft products
