职位描述：
- Ensure timely indirect procurement activities to meet daily operation needs;
-- Keep all purchase activities compliance with purchasing policies;
- Achieve cost saving target by implementing category project and Purchasing plan;
- Be responsible for the procurement result for certain projects.

Major Accountabilities
1. Provide ongoing support and follow up to identify manage and procure indirect materials , equipment and services.
2. Lead the fix assets project from souring, technical clarification until contract draft and delivery.
3. Have identified Mechanical background and technical skill for supplier capability evaluation, cost analysis etc.
2. Facilitate process to support the procurement objectives which including program compliance, supplier relationship management and cost management. This assignment involves significant supplier interaction and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
3. Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and endeavor to understand the critical operational components that drive the sourcing of their material, equipment and service requirements.
4. Analyze and maintain spend in order to manage sourcing initiatives; reduce cost and risk , improve quality and assure supply for strategic spend areas using competitive supply, volume leverage , advanced negotiation.
5. Implement sourcing strategies that take into account the total cost of ownership and economic value models.
6. Proactively manage the contract life-cycle, maintaining a high level of visibility with suppliers, internal business stakeholders and legal to ensure appropriate contract service level are established and maintained.
7. Support supplier management by assessing, measuring and analyzing supplier performance against key performance indicators and when necessary initiate engagement and escalation to improve poor supplier performance
8. Ensure compliance to all laws and EHC policies and procedures.

KEY ATTRIBUTES
?Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Purchasing,
?5 years related experience with fix assets and Engineering Project type.
?Preferred Mechanical background，
?Excellent communication, negotiations, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to manage
And develop supplier relationships and support internal customers.
?Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
?Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
? Chinese and English proficiency, good at MS office
