岗位职责
1、与客户沟通，介绍培训课程完成销售目标；
2、对公司现有客户资源进行及时跟踪回访工作，并根据客户的进一步需求，寻找实现目标途径；
3、根据客户需求和市场变化，向客户提供有效地产品和服务，并能不断提出改进方法及建议；
4、负责建立客户信息档案和管理工作，并进行科学的客户关系管理；
5、对未成功客户的定时跟踪，确定良好的关系，挖掘其中的潜在客户；
任职资格
1、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
2、思维清晰且有条理，具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
3、热爱销售工作，具有进取精神，有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；
4、良好的团队合作能力、学习能力，不断提高自身的修养和技能
5、有同行业课程顾问工作经验优先考虑；
