职位描述：
岗位要求：
1. 协助猎头顾问操作整个订单，获取目标企业通讯录，有针对性地陌生电话拜访；与客户沟通职位需求，提供招聘方案与计划；
2. 根据客户的需求，系统搜索目标候选人，简历信息采集，快速准确锁定并获取目标人才信息，并录入、整理、研究简历信息；系统整理市场人才状况；
3. 与候选人沟通职位，筛选候选人简历， 熟悉常用及重要岗位职位说明和入职要求，掌握客户用人特点和行业术语，初步电话面试候选人，评估候选人与职位匹配度；
4. 制作推荐报告，向客户推荐候选人，安排候选人面试，沟通反馈、背景调整查，Offer谈判及后续跟踪服务；
5. 后续跟进老客户服务及开发及拜访新客户新项目沟通。

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，***优先，形象气质佳，优秀的沟通技巧；
2. 有从事过招聘、猎头或相关行业市场销售工作经验优先；
3. 高效率、善创新，能够强势、有效的主导市场拓展工作；
4. 强烈的责任感，企业忠诚度高，具有积极、豁达的心态；
