职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司订单艺术设计方案，收集相关设计资料并提出创意方案，具有独立汇报方案的能力
2. 掌控艺术项目设计制作流程，按客户方要求组织及实施艺术品的制作
3. 负责与客户方进行全方位对接，明确客户方要求，协调公司各个部门整合设计成果
4. 跟进每一笔客户订单的制作，保证艺术出品的品质与效率
5. 指导各个制作环节的具体实施，及时发现问题并独立解决问题
6. 负责施工现场配合工作：包括艺术品安装运输、相关材料、工具准备、制作工艺等
7. 在不影响订单制作的情况下，合理监督把控相关人力、安装、运输、制作等成本
8. 负责公司其他平面设计类相关工作
9. 与客户方保持良好的沟通，负责公司固定客户的维护及新客户的跟进工作
10. 公司领导交办的其他工作
任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，20至35周岁，美术、设计类相关专业毕业
2. 热爱艺术设计相关工作，有较好的审美品味，思维活跃，善于创新
3. 对待工作有责任心，能独立完成公司订单从下单、制作、沟通、安装、出货等一系列流程
4. 2年以上从事室内软装、视觉设计、平面设计、空间设计、艺术品设计等相关工作经验，对色彩及空间配画等有独到的认知
5. 有较强的团队合作精神、善于人际沟通、工作仔细认真、注重整体流程的把控
6. 熟练操作3DMAX、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketchup、Deamweaver、AI、flash等设计软件，具有扎实的美术功底
7. 勇于提升自我，有较强的抗压能力，能适应不定时加班及出差
8. 具有艺术品设计、大型艺术装置、软装配套艺术设计经验者优先考虑
9. 3年以上艺术设计公司创意主案或相关职位工作经验者优先考虑
10. 家住公司附近或者交通方便者优先考虑

Shanghai Beauty Source Artwork Co., Ltd., founded in early 2012, is located in the west of the center of Hongqiao Transportation Hub. The company’s main products cover oil paintings, traditional Chinese paintings, decorative paintings, device paintings,ornamental mirrors and art background walls. After years of efforts of the company, our products have been sold at home and abroad and are recognized by its customers. Art never stops. Over the course of art development, we persist in hand-painting and apply the existing advanced technology to promote the progress of art. In recent years, we have seen extension of the production scale year by year, from normal printing, flatbed printing to 3D printing; from normal carving, laser carving, to 3D craving.
