岗位职责:
1、根据领导下达的年度销售计划和执行方案,落实销售分配任务,制定销售执行措施;
2、主管钴.锂.镍等大宗金属商品现货贸易业务,带领公司贸易团队完成业务指标;
3、负责现货长单的签订以及销售,并能够预见及防范风险;
4、关注市场动态,收集国内钴.镍.锂产品市场供应,消费及库存变化情况,主动向公司建议多种业务操作模式;
5、努力寻找钴.镍.锂产品的贸易商、工厂,建立稳定销售渠道;
任职要求:
1、5年及以上电池、新能源、矿产行业相关销售工作经验者;
2、熟悉国内贸易业务流程和工作内容,具有较好的业务能力开拓性;
3、采选矿、冶金工程、金属材料、国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业;
4、本科及以上学历;
5、具备良好的部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力,团队协作能力强,抗压能力强;

Position: Domestic Marketing Director
Main Responsibilities:
1、According to the annual sales plan and implementation scheme issued by the leadership , implement the assigned sales, make sales executive measures;
2、In charge of cobalt、 lithium、nickel and other bulk metal commodity spot trading business,lead the company's trade team to achieve business targets;
3、Responsible for the signing and sale of long-term orders,can foresee and take precautions against risks;
4、Pay attention to the market dynamics, collect the information about domestic cobalt, nickel, lithium products in the market supply and provide various business operation modes suggestions to the company;
5、Develop cobalt, nickel, lithium product factory, merchant,to establish a stable sales channels;
Qualifications & Requirements:
1、More than 5 years of new energy, battery,mineral industry or other related work experience is preferred;
2、Familiar with the domestic trade business process and work content, has a good business development ability;
3、Mining,metallurgical engineering, metal materials, international trade, marketing and other related major are both ok;
4、Bachelor degree or above;
5、Good organization and coordination ability within department and between difference departments,strong team cooperation ability,have a strong ability under pressure;
