? Primarily works with the SalesForce.com platform to load data, set up projects, pull reports and identify opportunities to actively engage leadership
o Provide proactive and reactive data management support to users through a que system
o Troubleshoot and correct issues as they arise
o Creates reports and dashboards of metrics for leadership and ad-hoc requests from multiple departments
? Analyze, update and maintain internal database systems and process documentation to increase adoption and usability
? Assist in registration and coordination for Customer Success Regional Xchange Forums along with maintaining survey responses and metrics
? Works directly with Delivery Systems Manager to assist in enhancing database designs
? Works with all teams across the organization to integrate systems and processes and monitoring database efficiency
? Host project close-out and staffing meetings for Professional Services/Coaching/Training projects
The Qualifications:
? Understanding of database structures and/or knowledge of relational database management systems
o Salesforce.com or CRM experience a plus
? Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude
o Ability to work effectively and communicate with leadership and colleagues to understand needs and issues with respect to LLamasoft technologies
o Ability to work effectively with internal departments to resolve issues and pursue new and additional opportunities
? Ability to think logically through problems and arrive to a proposed way to solve them
o Utilizing resources and colleagues to ensure success
o Self-sufficient, ability to be given an idea and run with it
? Resilient to change and ability to overcome challenges
? Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple departments
o Very detailed oriented but able to work within loose guidelines
o Understanding how to efficiently prioritize and ask questions if there is uncertainty
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Has a strong desire to help others succeed
