职位描述：
Job Description：
1. Manage and grow customer portfolio; increase customer count and assets, generating a sustainable income stream and managing attrition;
2. Responsible for providing clients personalized wealth advisory service;
3. Offer suitable suite of products and services that meets clients’ financial objective;
4. Attending to client’s assets needs and requirements;
5. Meeting regulators 'and company’s compliance; operational standards in sales; service delivery process;
6. Achieving key performance index;
Requirements:
1. 2 – 3 years working experience in financial field.
2. In-depth knowledge of enlisted products and services and the related branch operations, procedures, systems and technology.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and security policies and procedures.
4. Willing to take challenge and able to work under pressure.
5. Good sense of customer service and strong sales-driven.
6. Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese) will be a plus.
