职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

-Provide technical service to customers, incl. on-site technical support.

-Conduct technical development on products, process and applications in lab.

-Work with plant colleagues for newly developed product’s production set-up.

-Prepare technical reports and maintain technical documents.

-Keep close communication with colleagues from different teams and 3rd parties to enable cross-functional collaboration.

-E-mobility lab management, incl. samples, chemicals, equipment SOPs, EHSS, 5S…

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

-Min. bachelor degree, chemical related specialty is preferable.

-Min. 3 years of lab or TS experience in chemical industry, especially in silicone field.

-Good communication skills and customer orientated.

-Good team work spirit, quick learner and problem solver.

-Good command of written and spoken English.

-Good at Microsoft office software, like PPT, excel etc.
