职位描述：
1、精通国家最新财税法规，熟悉国内外会计准则，为客户企业提供财务、税务专业咨询服务；
2、即时收集、整理并研究国家最新财税法规政策；
3、整理咨询过程中的典型案例；
4、承担部分财税政策和业务技能培训工作；
5、策划撰写企业财务管理、税务筹划等方面的咨询方案；
6、领导交办的其他工作事项。

任职要求：
1、 会计、税务、法律、金融等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有注册会计师、税务师或其他相关执业资格；
2、 具有10年以上的企业财务或税务师事务所（或会计师事务所）财税审计与咨询工作经验，有税务系统工作经历者优先；
3、 具有良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力及写作能力；
4、 为人正直诚实，工作认真细致，具有高度的责任感、事业心和团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力；
5、 熟练使用office办公软件，熟练使用英语沟通。

Now the Sure-win China service, covering major cities in China, focusing on medium and small-sized startup companies and enterprises, PE and VC funds clients that intend to develop business in China. Our partners and consultants have established solid knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP as well as local Chinese statutory, tax and legal requirements from their past professional in-house work experience. In Shanghai, Sure-win have been an active contributor and fast responder to the changing accounting standards, taxation system and governmental regulations.
 
We have 30 staffs working on a collaborative basis to serve clients in Shanghai, subject to local applicable laws, and also have more than 60 partnership consulting companies covered the Mainland China.
