职位描述：
Essential Function : Sales for the East of China

Main tasks & responsibilities:

- Business Development:
- Develop Business and new customers in identified in assigned territory
- Implement marketing and technical strategy into the local market

- Sales & Marketing Strategy Implementation:
- Agree sales target for his assigned territory with area sales manager
- Ensure achievement of sales target for his customers with guideline
- Initiate technical projects with customers with support from technical and marketing
- Establish strong relationships with existing customer base
- Maintain awareness of competitors and their products and services

Requirements:

- Education: A minimum of bachelor degree in chemicary
- Major: Technical background or alternative strong product know how
- Work experience: Equivalent experience with a minimum of 3+ years coating or plastic industry related sales experience in China

Personal requirements:

- Self driven and posses very high level of energy and motivation
- Good communication skills.Good commend of English both oral and writing
- Open mind to continuous learning
- Willingness to teamwork
- Initiative to performance teamwork
- Willingness to travel
