职位描述：
此职位为一年期合同
1、Under general supervision, to respond telephone or email inquiries or complains or requests from customers or distributions, to use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter or check the status of orders, to organize month-end reports for support departments to finish dada analysis. 通过指导、培训，能够回应客户或经销商的电话、邮件咨询和投诉，将订单准确无误地输入系统，及时跟踪订单执行情况，追踪投诉问题的处理，处理订单汇总、分析工作，形成月报，交有关业务部门进行数据分析。
2、Update/Maintain CRM and ERP Database 维护更新系统数据
3、Ensure Purchase Order Terms comply with Alpha’s standard terms and conditions (or previously negotiated terms) 确保订单符合公司规定
3、Handle RMA (Returned-Material-Authorization) procedure.协调处理退货问题。
4、Respond inquiries for spare parts and issue quotation through回应备件询价，在系统中做报价单，跟踪报价，制作合同.
5、Invoicing parts and service orders 发票以及服务订单的管理
6、Communicate with Operation & Logistic Dept. within company.与公司各运营、发货部门及时沟通订单生产和发运情况
7、Support Field Service Engineers with Service Visits, Spare parts inventory, and Quoting为服务工程师的维修、拜访提供支持，报价以及仓库管理
8、Facilitate the import and export of spares to and from Akron, Ohio. 促进备件的进出口
9、Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor. 完成其他由上级分派的任务。

5、 Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency 良好的电脑技巧
6、 2 to 5 years experience 2-5年工作经验
7、 Three years experience in Import/Export processes 3年左进出口流程操作经验
8、 Must read, write, and speak English well 必须具备良好的英语听说读写能力
