职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
? Build lab information, quality information and other GMP data and information flow management with a vision of building an unified information platform in supporting WuXi Bio’s clinical, commercial manufacturing and regulatory filling activities;
? Own WGQ commercial information system; govern computer system life cycle management in accordance with GMP data integrity requirement and established site SOPs ;
? Coordinate to work with different business departments and supporting teams, ensuring smooth daily operation and compliance;
? Develop project opportunity, generating technical specification or user requirement specification;
? Evaluate new technology and applications including Business Intelligence, SaaS etc.; provide feasibility study and front end design to project team;
? Manage solution providers, product vendors by participating technical evaluation, vendor selection, project oversight and audit;
? Works closely with CSV and ITQ to deliver qualified computerized system to business user;
? Train system administrators, end users and grow internal technical capabilities;

REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Analytical Chemistry, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline is required with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in information system with roles in designing, development /deployment and project management;
? Minimum of 5 years experience with pharmaceutical information system & technology. Directly worked at least one of the following systems LIMS, Empower, electronic batch records, WMS, Maximo, Trackwise or other enterprise systems. LIMS development experience is a plus;
? Good understanding on general computerized system and its lifecycle management including data security and data backup;
? Must have strong customer service, coordination and interpersonal skills, knowing how to communicate in both IT and business terms;
? Track records of leading solution proposal, new system deployment, work flow improvement to solve business challenges;
? Capable of high level summary and good attention to details; good documentation skills.
