职位描述：
GENERAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Electrical & Automation Bachelor degree or above;
2. Above five years working experience in Electric Equipment Business;
3. Good ability of marketing plan, business development;
4. Strong ability of language expression, clarity of thought, CET-6 or above, good oral and writing in English;
5.Familiar with the target market and customers of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Offshore;
6. Working experience in International company I entities, good teamwork capability;

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Overall responsible for developing and managing electric product Business, and support whole activities Includes: Switchgear, MCC, Distribution Panel, Transformer, UPS, Ex-proof apparatus, Heat Tracing, Inverter, bus duct etc.
2. Develop and reinforce cooperation with new and existing electric product related principals;
3. Develop and implement product promotion budget, strategies and plans;
4. Develop and conclude distributor agreement with principals;
5. Conducting market intelligence, follow sales leads and provide supports;
6. Optimize products and equipment integration, cost control, competitive analysis;
7. Provide technical support to sales and help to so out technical clarifications;
8. Participate bidding process and technical, commercial and legal part of contract negotiations;
9. Engineering design according to project & regulation requirement;
10. Support operation team to contact principal to make sure smooth delivery.
