职位描述：
1. Make sure that set ups and mise-en-place are done accurately before opening, correct the mistakes found, take action within your staff
      营运之前确保所有的准备工作已准确完成，发现问题，马上同员工一起采取行动纠正错误
2. Supervision of the kitchen areas, (Food Rotation, Food quality, Presentation and hygiene problem)
      监管厨房各个领域（食品的轮转，食品的质量，食品卫生）
3. During each service, to ensure the main kitchen has sufficient back up to help the service to run smoothly and check each dish that leaves his kitchen
      在每一项服务中，以确保厨房有足够的备份可以提供，检查每个成品在离开厨房时是否达到标准，以帮助促进服务平稳运行
4. Plan the work of other employees and exercise good discipline among them
      为员工制定工作计划，培训员工，使其具有良好的工作纪律
5. Maintain a standard of procedure between the morning and evening shifts, so that the work is always performed in the same manner
      保持早班和中班的工作使用同样的标准，并以同样的方式执行工作
6. Cook, fry or chopped in the kitchen following the standard of hygiene and sanitation
