职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1. Review current procedures with cross functions and update procedures based on new requirement of PQMS
2. Work on the relevant deliverables identified from PQMS gap assessment.
3. Represent PE to join SAP project core team to ensure purchasing control / NPI activities to be well implemented through SAP system
4. Work on the related tools such as SMARS, SRM, Nocturne, etc linked to SAP
5. Clean up component master data
6. Clean up supplier master data
7. Support on BOM structure modification
8. Follow up each change project derived from OEM supply base harmonization
9. Coordinate with PE, SQE, SCM, ME on each change project
10. Conduct RFQ and sign spec acceptance with supplier.
11. Procurement of material to support NPI project before PT phase, including PR/PO processing and delivery follow-up
12. Monitor BOM saving events until closure
13. Generate, compile, and execute RFQ’s (Request For Quote)
14. Request signed Specification Acceptance Form (SAF) from Supplier
15. Collect all the supporting documents for Vendor Add for new suppliers to be added to Kingdee and the ASL.
16. Complete other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements & Skills
— Education: Bachelor
— Experience: 2+ years in Procurement
— Skills : Good at reading and writing in English; Engineering background; Proficient in office software
