职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain OLEO products in an efficient manner suitable for manufacture at the lowest possible cost whilst achieving required quality targets
1), Work in accordance with OLEO Engineering and Test procedures
2), Produce accurate and robust 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) data.
3), Produce accurate and clear 2D drawings.
4), Produce rendered images to support OLEO marketing as required.
5), Store and archive data accurately within the PDM (Product Data Management) system, working with OLEO UK staff.
6), Work with relevant published standards and take required action.
7), Perform and document calculations to prove design robustness.
8), Choose and specify appropriate materials, available in the local market.
9), Apply relevant statistical techniques to analyze engineering data.
10), Lead D-FMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) process and assist in D-FMEA reviews for products owned.
11), Apply relevant ‘lean’ philosophies to the product design and manufacture process e.g. DFMA (Design for Manual Assembly.
12), Assist in the design of test rigs as required.
13), Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Process engineering function to ensure designs are manufacturable and allow best manufacturing practice.
14), Work in a safe and environmentally aware way.

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor or master degree in in a Mechanical engineering related subject
2) Practical experience within a mechanical / product design environment – 10 years +
3) Experienced in 3D CAD and PDM systems
4) Detailed knowledge of current engineering drawing standards (ISO)
5) Working knowledge of tolerance methods including GDT
6) Working knowledge of first principle mechanical design calculations (load, stress etc.)
7) Working knowledge of product development quality tools (e.g. D-FMEA)
8) Working knowledge of project management methods (e.g. planning and reporting)
9) Working knowledge of basic material science and material properties for ferrous metals
10) Experience within a ISO9001 company environment
11) Practical understanding of low – medium volume manufacturing process (CNC machining, casting, fabrication, moulding etc.)
12) Highly PC literate (excel, word, e-mail)
13) Experience and Understanding of lean principles in manufacture and design

If have the following experience is preferred:
*Familiarity with hydraulics and hydraulic mechanisms and fabrications
*Experience with safety critical products or in a safety focused industry
*Knowledge of basic FEA analysis
*Familiarity with mechanical strength, durability and environmental testing methods 举报 分享
