平面设计师

职位描述
作为全球设计组的一员，同时也是RBI全球制作组的一部分，你需要具备独立设计并排版业内领先杂志的能力。我们希望你有平面设计相关的专业背景，同时你需要运用创意及想象力将一篇文字描述转换成一份很棒的杂志设计。

工作职责
? 熟悉杂志设计及排版，能在紧迫的截止时间内完成工作
? 能与编辑、高级设计师和其他同事沟通讨论设计方案并提供好的想法
? 能在提供的照片中或照片库里，挑选出最合适的图片
? 确保工作按时按质完成
? 保证每一版面都按照惯有设计风格完成

职务要求
? 具有较高的审美及创意能力
? 与杂志设计相关的背景或工作经验
? 熟练使用排版软件Adobe InDesign, Illustrator和Photoshop。
? 良好的英语口头表达能力及书写能力
? 理解并懂得印刷行业
? 在工作中能自信表达自己的想法
? 注重细节，对工作认真
? 具有团队合作精神
? 工作有条理
? 能承受批评与建议
? 能承受压力并保证工作效率
? 具有积极性和自觉性 举报 分享
