JOB SUMMARY

? Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

TASKS

? Reception of clients and visitors
? 接待客户和来访者
? Daily administrative tasks (TNT, mail correspondence, etc.)
? ?日常行政任务（TNT、邮件通信等）
? Assisting with filing, answering the phone
? 协助归档，接听电话
? Assisting all teams (sales, project….) with travel and other arrangements
? 协助所有团队（销售、项目……）的旅行和其他安排
? Taking care of office environment

? Communication with outside vendors (IT, suppliers for all office related matters, etc)
? ?与外部供应商（IT、供应商等所有与办公室有关的事项等）进行沟通
? Other tasks assigned by Office Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS教育和经验要求
? Chinese native speaker and fluency in English is a must

? Good communication and interpersonal skills
