2、 职位概述
运营助理(物流)的主要职责是保证日常运营的平稳流畅。运营助理将负责货物运输、库存及公司档案记录事宜,以实现部门目标。运营助理将协助供应链管理经理筛选新供应商,参加各大展会并跟进相关供应商。岗位要求具备处理多项任务的技能,同时注重细节,工作高效。
3、 岗位职责
运营助理的工作职责主要分为以下三部分 –
3.1 物流
- 货物运输处理 -- 安排国内外货物运输,通过与货代公司紧密协作确保货物及时交付。
- 库存管理 -- 接收货物,包装/重新包装,给包装箱贴标签,备货/出货,以及管理库存
3.2 数据录入
- 档案记录 -- 跟进、整理所有部门/分公司的相关订单、货运和库存文件
- ERP报告 -- 在ERP系统中录入数据,包括订单、采购发票、新物料、新供应商等
3.3 行业筛选
- 协助供应链管理经理筛选新的供应商;跟进相关订单及款项,保证交付的及时性
- 参加各大相关行业展会
以及管理层下达的其他工作任务
4、 岗位要求
- 商务或物流管理相关理科专业的本科毕业,学士学位
- 两年或两年以上的商业运营领域工作经验
- 出色的口头和书面沟通能力——中英文流利。
- 良好的组织能力,注重细节,能够处理多项任务

Engineering projects. Headquartered in Kowloon – Hong Kong, KEENG brought a contemporary approach to contracting for mid-scale and large-scale tech endeavors, for both public and private sectors: whereas production, installation, and maintenance are outsourced to strategic partners, the research and development, supply chain management, and sales/tenders proposals are all executed in-house. The proximity of our Development Engineers to the Chips Manufacturers Engineers has allowed our team to unlock boundless opportunities leading to particularly robust products at competitive cost.
II. Job Summary
The Operations Assistant job is to ensure a smooth and harmonized flow of the daily operations. He/she will be responsible for handling shipments, inventory and keeping company’s record in order to achieve the department goals. He/she will also be assist the Supply China Manager in sourcing for new suppliers, attending exhibitions and following up with suppliers when it is needed. The Operations Assistant requires multitasking skills while maintaining a keen attention to details and high degree of efficiency.
III. Job Responsibilities
The Operations Assistant main job responsibilities are distributed among three areas –
Logistics
- Handling Shipments– arranging for the carriage of domestic and international shipments, and ensuring timely delivery through close coordination with forwarders
- Managing Storage – receiving shipments, packaging/repackaging, labeling cartons, stocking/unstocking, and controlling inventory
Data Entry
- Filing Records – keep track and organize all the department/branch orders, shipping and inventory documents.
- ERP Reporting – log data to the ERP including Purchase Orders, Purchase Invoices, New Items, New Suppliers, etc.
Industry Sourcing
- Assisting the Supply Chain Manager with sourcing for new suppliers and following up with suppliers on orders and payments to insure on time delivery.
- Attending exhibitions when it is required.
Any other tasks that might be requested by the management.
IV. Requirements
- Bachelor of BS Degree in Business, or logistics management
- 2 or more years of experience in Business Operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – English and Chinese
- Good organization skills, Detail-oriented character, Ability to multitask.
