职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting Chief Executive Officer's daily work including expenses reimbursement, contacts management and schedule arrangement, e.g. meeting arrangement, travel arrangement. Keep track of the work till it is done.
- Collecting and analyzing information concerning business and prepare presentation and meeting materials.
- Assisting Chief Executive Office to coordinate department heads to drive cross functional projects and tasks to make sure on time delivery.
- Projects follow up.
- Keeping effective internal and external communication.
- In charge of the admin affairs and admin team management.
- Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree or above, overseas study background will be a plus
- Above 25 years old with professional appearance;
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill;
- Good time management and able to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects;
- Patient and work independently and apply knowledge quickly.
- Strong driving force and good follow up;
- Be skilled in office software such as PPT, Word and Excel
