职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Responsible for new product design and development, product modifications, prototyping, cost reductions, and product approvals.
2)Able to initiate, execute and close a project as leader and coordinate activities of development related to his/her project.
3)Strong to find out issue in application and good communication with customer.
4)Ensure all electrical schematics are correct, test plans are detailed, and BOMs are accurate.
5)Help plan and participate in continuous improvement projects with an emphasis on engineering methods, knowledge, and APQP systems.
6)Participate in 8D quality resolutions and in functional teams as part of APQP processes.
7)Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing engineering teammates internationally.
8)Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time.
9)Provide technical support to product development team and vendors.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1)BSEE degree or higher, major in electrical or related
2) 2 years and above in manufacturing. Automotive is preferred
3) 2 years and above electrical experience
4) Familiar with thick film substrate design and manufacturer.
5) Familiar with micro controller or Asics architecture.
6) Project Managements skills.
7) ？Hands on prototype build.
8) Knowledge in rectifier, regulator, and ignition modules is definitely an advantage.
9) Working knowledge and analysis experience of OEM/ODM electronic products is a plus.
10)Familiar with product development procedures and processes.
11)CET - 4 and above
12)Familiar with EDA software, e.g. Protel, Cadence etc
13)Familiar with general OA software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc
14)TS 16949 certificate is preferred
