Sensirion Automotive Solution (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is a Tier 1 supplier for the automotive industry. The company is wholly owned by Sensirion AG and expanding the sales activity in Mainland China. Our existing customer base includes local car brands as well as large international car manufacturers. With a full pipeline of new products we expect significant growth in the next years and want to develop China as a strategic market.

Summary Description
This role is responsible for process engineering on different products in the factory. Reporting to the Technical Engineering Management.


Tasks
   Understand, improve and introduce new manufacturing production processes and products.
   Process evaluation (stability, yield and documentation).
   Be the key technical interface communication with other worldwide sites.
   Support Customer Complaint handling, root cause analysis.
   Drive improvements in operational efficiencies through new tools and methods.
   Understand , modify and improve test platforms (Hardware and Software)
   Understand Electronic assembly and sub-assembly work with suppliers to improve processes.
   Other jobs and functions as required by management.


Qualification & Experience & Skills
   >5 years' experience as product, process or manufacturing engineer in an electronics manufacturing environment or similar experience.
   University degree in engineering, mechanical engineering with a focus on robotics, electronics/electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar fields of study.
   Demonstrable knowledge in electronics manufacturing, knowledge of testing and ability to develop modify simple programs.
   Experience in simple automation would be an advantage.
   Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of German would be an advantage.
   Excellent team player with good communications skills for interfacing internally and externally.
   Willing to work with complex processes and the integration of software, hardware and databases.
   Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
   High motivation levels, self-responsibility & be able to work independently.
