职位描述：
Main Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Participate in supplier initial sample evaluation, cooperate with engineering department for new products control and verification
参与供应商初始样品的评估，配合技术部进行新产品管控及验证
2. Communicate with suppliers/customers about new products quality issues during development, and continuously improve quality.
在开发新产品阶段与客户和供应商沟通质量问题，并持续提高质量。
3. In charge of inspection report and create standard inspection documents accordingly, gage design to reach effectively improve the inspection speed.
负责检验报告并相应地建立标准检验文件，设计量具有效地提高产品检验速度；
4. Control and manage quality documents on the server.
维护并管理控制公司服务器上的质量标准文件；
5. Distribute quality documents to other departments timely and effectively, explain key requirements
及时高效得把文件标准给到其他相关部门，并解释主要的工作检验要求及注意事项；
6. Transfer golden sample to IPQC or IQC once validation, introduce its characteristic.
及时把确认过的标准样品给到后续的IPQC 或者IQC，并介绍产品的相关特点；
7. Provide technical proposal to leader.
给领导提供相应的技术方面的建议支持方案。



Qualifications requirement 岗位要求:
1. More than 5 years quality management experience in production enterprise, familiar with product and production process
至少5年在生产型企业质量管理经验，熟悉产品及生产流程。
2. Proficient in ISO9001 and other quality systems and QC techniques and tools
精通ISO9001和其他质量体系，QC手法及工具
3. Strong management and leadership skills, good communication and presentation skills
   具有很强的管理及领导能力， 良好的沟通及表达表现能力。
4. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
有很好的英语言表达与沟通能力
5. Good computer skill in MS office
良好的办公自动化操作能力；
6. Anticipate potential product quality problems.
