职位描述：
1.Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, take and pass on messages accuracy and efficiency.

2.Host visitors in a professional manner, and help colleagues to manage travel when the circumstances need.

5.Supervise the cleaning and security of reception Office

7.Regularly updates to the safety stock list.

9.Assist annual dinner and implement other related staff welfare including HR and staff wealth committee.

10.Admin support for colleagues

大专学历或以上
2. Interest in Admin management, good communication skills, quick learner
