Role & Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities, and develop sales plans to achieve the sales growth
2. Maintain great relationships for assigned customers
3. Work with technical team and customer service to resolve any customer concerns promptly
4. Respond to RFQs and follow up promptly
5. Liaise with local distributors
6. Strengthen Chrysan brand awareness to promote long term growth
7. Participate trade shows and follow up with leads
8. Develop sales tools, and maintain sales data in ERP system, or other digital formats
9. Track and report sales progress
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or other related fields
2. Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in automotive industries (including aftermarket/service markets). Experience in automotive lubricant industries is strongly desired.
3. Technical/engineer background in lubricant/chemical industries is a plus
Qualification & Skills
1. Fluent in Mandarin and English
2. Self-starter, and self-disciplined
3. Ability to perform without supervision
4. Willing to travel
5. Excellent analytical skills
6. Strong critical thinker
7. Passionate and persistent
8. Willing to go extra miles to get job done
9. Good interpersonal skills and team player
10. Strong negotiation skills
11. Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
