工资：7000~10000+佣金奖励

岗位职责：Responsibilities:
对潜在客户做租赁项目演讲
Presentation to potential tenant of leasing projects
租赁项目带看
Conduct site visit
所有租赁相关文件处理，包括授权书，独家代理委托书，看房确认书，意向书，租赁合同等
Follow up all legal progress documents include tenant authorization, client appointment agreement, inspection sheet, LOI, lease agreement, etc.
办理交房事宜
Arrange Handover
不断更新补充租户及房源数据库
Strength tenant and property Data Base

任职资格：Requirements:
大专学历以上
Bachelor degree or above
拥有丰富的商业地产租赁工作经验，熟悉创意办公楼市场，有餐饮房源及各种现有房源者为优先
Experience in leasing job for commercial building, creative office and F&B knowledge and, ideally, existing contacts is an advantage
基础的电脑软件操作技能，如PPT/EXCEL/WORD/PHOTO SHOT 7.0等
Good at computer skill, such as PPT/EXCEL/WORD/PHOTO SHOT 7.0
流利的中英文听说读写能力
