职位描述：
Landscape Architect
Responsibilities

? Coordinate between designer, senior architect and other special planners
? Support and cooperate with other team members on landscape questions
? Carry out environmental impact assessments
? Provide innovative and aesthetically pleasing environments
? Seek and take into account the views of local residents, potential users, and parties with vested interest in the project
? Accurately prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project
? Must be a good team player who can work efficiently under the guidance of the project leader
? Be willing to follow given design directions and work to provide the best solutions
? Be able to present verbal and written communication in clear, concise and professional manner
? Ability to complete schematic designs independently.

Qualification

? 2-4 years minimum of landscape construction documentation experience preferred with good understanding of Design Development and Construction Documentation
? Solid knowledge of construction, materials, planting design and knowledge and cost estimation of PRC National Standards
? Experience in producing construction drawing sets
? Good command of spoken and written English is beneficial
? AutoCAD proficient, sketchup, indesign, photoshop
? Experience in foreign design company is preferred

? 仔细精确地准备和递交详细的计划和工作图纸,包括应用程序、建设项目的细节和规格。
? 必须具备团队协作精神，在项目组长的带领下高效开展设计工作。
? 愿意遵循给定的设计方向和工作提出最好的解决方案。
? 可以在口头和书面上表述沟通清楚。沟通方式简洁、专业。
? 能独立完成方案设计。

任职资格
? 2-4年以上的扩初或者施工图经验，具备扩初设计至施工图设计的专业知识。
? 熟悉国家标准，特别是施工工艺、材料、植物设计及知识与造价分析。
? 有制作施工图纸的经验。
? 英文口语、书写能力良好者优先。
? 熟练使用AutoCAD，Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop。
