职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

1. Coordinate with Sales and local & global supply chain as demand planner for optimized supply and drive the business better. Take the main responsibility on inputting monthly rolling forecast in APO system. Monitor daily supply situation (incl. raw material, capacity), demand and incoming orders.

2. Build market intelligence in selected downstream applications, especially new applications, and get deep insight of customer industries within silicone elastomer business scope i.e. Auto, medical device, health care, and related rubber industries.

2. Build market database from internal and external sources, and compose marketing research and analysis report (incl. market info, customers, competitors, value chain and strategy) with qualified output.

3. Coordinate with sales and technical team to propose market strategy, new business development plan based on comprehensive market assessment, as well as the following strategy execution.

4. Support the preparation of business team’s presentations and data analysis, and individualized presentations for specific customers, events, and internal/external meeting etc.

5. Support Marcom related activities in tradeshow, seminar, training and customer events etc.

6. Take the responsibility of the business development work in some applications whenever needed.

7. Other additional tasks assigned by supervisor when necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferred in marketing/business related major. Minimum 5 years solid marketing/sales related experience.

2. Solid skills in information collecting, data processing, data analysis, and reporting.

3. Good computer skills, excellent in Excel and Power Point.

4. Language and presentation capability both in oral & written format for English.

5. Technical background in chemistry would be an advantage.

6. Very good communication skill, patience and cooperative spirit.
