Job Title: Legal Counsel
Location: NetBooster Shanghai Office
Report to: Managing Director

Overview of job:
Legal Counsel requires supporting its company governance and its dynamic business growth in China.
Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Contract review/ draft/establish, make legal advice to all the team (e.g. AMS, Finance, Human Resources, etc.)
2. Provide legal advice on a range of commercial and compliance related matters as required
3. Responsible for taking meeting minutes of board or shareholder meetings of all acquired companies in bilingual, and execution of resolutions and making sure that resolutions and decisions are implemented
4. Coordinate or deal with the inquiry or inspection from judiciaries and regulators
5. Assist in trainings relevant to legal knowledge and risk prevention
6. Assist in updating and improving internal policies and rules
7. Deal with other related legal matters

Required skills and competencies:
? Bachelor degree or above (preferably in Law with a focus on English) from the premier universities
? Fluency in Mandarin and English are essential (written & spoken)
? Thorough understanding of the Chinese legal environment and regulations
? Independent, energetic and customer-focused individual
? Willing to work under pressure and enjoys having a diverse coverage and the challenge of providing practical & commercial legal solutions
? Experience in an international or reputable domestic law firm is a plus
