工作职责和任务：
1、监控股权转让协议的执行情况；
2、审核财务报表并编制分析报表及图表并向BOD汇报；
3、编制关联方交易明细；
4、编制各类财务数据分析表，对预算执行情况、费用开支、成本构成进行分析；
5、出具月度资金分析表；
6、提供其他部门所需的与财务相关的分析报表；
7、配合上市集团的预算计划，组织和编制被并购公司的年度预算；
8、配合审计师完成上市集团要求的半年报审计、年报审计和年度业绩审计；
9、绩效考核、接班人计划及为其他部门提供考核需要的财务数据；
10、组织制定财务方面的管理制度及相关规定，并监督执行。
任职资格：
教育背景:
◆会计、财务或相关专业本科以上学历。
◆具有注册会计师或中级会计师以上资格
培训经历:
◆受过管理学、战略管理、管理能力开发、企业运营流程、财务管理等方面的培训。
经 验:
◆5年以上跨国企业或大型企业集团财务管理工作经验，有跨行业财务工作经历者优先考虑。
技能技巧:
◆具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
◆精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
◆谙熟国际和国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
◆熟悉境内外上市公司财务规则者优先；
◆良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
◆具备良好的领悟能力和较强的数据分析能力。
