1. Execute and follow-up on daily export sales orders.
2. Daily communications with customers and suppliers.
3. Develop new products from design, sourcing and manufacturing.
4. Develop current/new customers and suppliers.
5. Manage quotations and business negotiations.
6. Manage and up-keep all sales records and files.

Requirements.
1. University graduate and above
2. 2 years professional export sales assistant experience
3. English level CET-6 and above
4. Strong motivation to have a professional career in export sales.

Fresh graduate also accepted base on good merits.

FullMAX was founded in the year 2000. We have been manufacturing, designing and sourcing stationery products for over 15years. Our export to many different markets in the world. USA, UK, France, Russia, Australia, Mexico, Panama. We have sales offices located in Taiwan, Shanghai and in the United States. We manufacture, design and source complete line of office and school stationery products in stapling, punching, cutting (paper trimmers and scissors, and cutters), and accessories: clips and pins, erasers, magnets, rubber bands, glue sticks, ruler and sets, compass, labels, tapes and dispensers, certificate frames, and sign holders.

We are also a specialist in craft. We source and pack the various craft materials and tools. Our designers from Taiwan create our own unique craft products and themes.
 
Quality and service are both very important us. Our factories have strict quality management in place to insure components always meet and perform to our customer’s specifications. During on-line inspections our factory inspectors must make sure drawings with highlighted critical dimensions and first run samples is available at the work station so productions parts can be constantly measured. Upon out inspection our final inspectors must send back shipping sample to be dated for future references. All products will have a golden sample system in place to make sure approval samples are always up-to-date.
