职位描述：
Sales Order Processing:
1. Prepare the Proforma Invoice
2. Input customer orders and check the price based on the pricelist
3. Provide the order confirmation
4. Provide the timely, accurate feedback to both sales and customers
5. Verify and handle L/C orders
6. Inform the logistics of the good delivery
7. Issue credit notes
8. Arrange the sample shipment based on the request
Intercompany Transaction
1. Take care of intercompany transaction for Asia-Pacific
2. Inform the logistics of arrange the import and export accordingly
ERP Operation
1. Ensure all order operation are made through ERP system
2. Follow up the finance regulation and choose the right operation code
3. Send the problem or error to Canada IT if there is any ERP problem
Management Support
1. The related issues appointed by the manager


Required Qualifications :
1. Good at Office and ERP system
2. 3+ years working experience in the field of customer care
3. Friendly, open and patient, work under high pressure
