职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责给公司员工，经销商及其下级经销商，专卖店员工等进行产品知识培训
2. 负责产品安装指导，解答电话及邮件咨询
3. 负责给经销商进行技术支持，必要时去项目现场给予支持
4. 处理客户及经销商的投诉，或向总公司联系咨询投诉
5. 负责公司展厅产品安装，维护及调换
6. 负责公司展会现场产品安装，展会期间产品讲解及演示
7. 配合其他同事完成其他临时任务和工作
Job description
1.Responsible for product training for colleagues, dealers and their sub dealers, staff of showroom
2.Answering questions about products by phones and e-mail, guide how to install products
3.Provide technical support to the dealers, if necessary go to the site for support
4.Deal with customer complain, or contact with Germany about the dealers’ complain
5.In charge of the installation, maintenance and replace of the products in the showroom of BCN office
6.Responsible for the products installation for the Exhibition, introduce company and products to the visitors, do the product demonstration
7.Coordinate with other colleagues to complete other temporary tasks and work. 举报 分享
