职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work with product owners, artists/designers, and other leads to implement cutting-edge web-based client for our online platform
? Continuously review and improve software architecture and drive development processes
? Evaluate middleware/framework technologies, write and review proposals and other technical documents, and contribute to future direction of project
? Identify and mitigate risks and champion product quality
? Hire, manage, train, and mentor team of direct reports, conduct code reviews, and assist with project planning and tasking
Requirements:
? 4+ years relevant experience
? Expertise in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and numerous libraries/frameworks (jQuery, KnockoutJS, Angular/React/Vue/Ember, etc.)
? Experience creating 3D web content with WebGL 1.0/2.0, three.js, Babylon.js, etc.
? Experience creating very dynamic, high-performance UI in HTML, Scaleform, Unity, etc.
? Passionate about UX, accessibility and usability, and UI development processes
? Familiar with patterns like MVC/MVVM, 3D engines, and web technologies like REST, etc.
? Pro-active team member, highly motivated, and possessing good leadership skills
? Good written and spoken English
Pluses:
? Experience with automation, CI/CD, TDD, etc.

？ 与产品负责人，设计师和其他负责人一起为我们的在线平台接入最先进的基于web的客户端
？ 持续评估和改进软件架构并驱动开发进程
？ 评估中间件/框架技术，撰写和检查提案和其他技术文档，为项目未来的发展方向做出贡献
？ 发现和减轻风险并且为产品质量提供支持
？ 招聘，管理，训练和带领团队，包括直接汇报，进行代码检查，和项目计划
任职要求：
？ 4年以上相关工作经验
？ 精通HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript和多种库/框架(jQuery, KnockoutJS, Angular/React/Vue/Ember, etc.)
？ 有使用 WebGL 1.0/2.0, three.js, Babylon.js等创建3D web内容的经验
？ 有使用HTML, Scaleform, Unity等开发动态的，高性能UI的经验
？ 对用户体验，可用性和易用性，以及UI的开发流程充满热情
？ 熟悉MVC/MVVM,3D引擎等模式，以及REST等web技术
？ 积极的团队成员，积极主动并且具有良好的领导能力
