职位描述：
任职要求：


- 1年以上相关行业工作经验，有服装辅料，服装饰品或成衣行业从业经验为佳；。


- 或国际贸易，商务英语等相关专业大专(含)以上学历的应届毕业生；


- 良好的口头及书面表达能力；可以用英语进行沟通交流, 主要客户为欧美客户。


- 熟练的计算机技巧,
- 工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神；


- 熟悉国内/国际各类服装品牌，对时尚产品敏锐的理解力；


- 因为该职位需要具备一定的细致，所以优先考虑***。




工作职责: Requirements：


·- Following up the whole process of sales orders from samples to shipment.


从销售开发样品到大货订单发货的整个过程进行跟进,确保按时完成订单任务；


·- Contacts with factory and the company QC about samples and orders.


善于和工厂沟通，并和工厂QC确保样品和大货产品的品质, 有能力鉴别产品质量；


·- Be responsible for quotation against customers’ inquiry;


负责向客户报价，并且能够有能力和客户协调价格差异。


·- Check the inspection report and arrange the vessel booking and shipping documents;


检查验货报告，并且负责发货前后的订舱及准备相关出货文件；


·- Check/chase the customer payments and the charges of the factory;


跟客户核对货款，并且确保客户及时支付每批货款及相关费用，和工厂核对每批货单费用并确保记录正确。


·能完成公司指定的销售目标。


Work on the sales targets with existing customers which is set up by the company；


·维护好现有的客户关系， 确保客户的订单及时准确的完成 。


Maintain good customer relationships and make sure all customer orders are delivered flawlessly in all aspects. ；


·执行和协调公司的市场推广活动,确保推广活动的良好实施。


Coordinate and support company’ sales promotions and make sure all the activities go smoothly and successfully ；


·及时了解服装配饰市场的动态并且收集相关资料，协助公司开发适合市场和客户需求的新产品 。


Understand the accessory market trend and collect the latest data, support company to develop new products which suit the markets and specific customer’s requirements.；


·在公司需要的情况下，积极配合和承担其他的工作。


Actively take other responsibilities and add hoc when the company needs.

·本职位需要一部分的时间负责订单的跟进，一部分的时间维护现有的客户销售。
