职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1), Raise new export invoice, packing list, dispatch list, and all export custom documents
做发票、箱单、发货单已经其他相关的出口文件 (电梯、铁路、原材料）
2), Booking the vessel/flight space with forwarder, confirm pick up date, sailing date.
预定船期、航班，与货代确认提货时间，开航时间
3), Confirm the shipping B/L, sending the COPY shipping documents to customer. Apply shipping insurance policy
开船后，确认提单，发送文件给客户，申请运输保单
4), Apply the original certificate, form E
申请原产地证书， 各自贸区免税证书
5), Collect all claim information, finish claim list sheet, sending replacement buffers, andcall back defective buffers
完成客户投诉表， 发送替换件，回收问题产品
6), Send the original shipment documents to Customer (Invoice/PL/QM/CO/Form E…)
寄出所有正本的提单、发票、箱单、原产地证书给国外客户
7), Support all customers inquiry for ex-work time and shipping information.
及时回复客户关于交货期和装运信息的各类询问
8), Collect the "dispatch list signed by driver" from warehouse, reduce the qty in MFG, and raise the new sales invoice to Finance
回收发货单，系统扣料，创建新发票并提交财务部
9), Archiving customer orders and blue cards
客户订单及工单的整理

Job Requirements:
1. College graduate. Major in logistics or international trading will be better
2. At least 2-3 years working experience of whole logistic process, import and export, domestic transportations
3. Good communication/interpersonal skills, 3PL management skills.
4. Good PC software application skills of MS Offices
